Meet the School of Professional Studies (SPS)’s future-focused team who is paving the way for what’s next in education at UNC Charlotte and improving SPS’s process and policy infrastructure to make that future possible.
“The Strategy Team” drives data-informed decision-making at all levels of SPS by bringing together business intelligence and workforce intelligence. We work with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop new programs including market driven campus partnership programs. To connect corporate partners to our programming, we establish and promote Tuition Benefit Partnerships.
In addition, we support policy development, regulatory compliance, and process improvement to help bridge communication and information gaps across SPS teams and to solve issues faced by learners.
