Learning Space Technology (LST) Team

The Learning Space Technology Team designs, maintains, and supports effective and accessible learning environments for faculty, students, and staff. The department is composed of two teams that each provide campus-wide support services: the A/V Integration Teamand the Classroom Support Team.

The Audiovisual (A/V) Integration Team provides audiovisual installation services to support requests for new technology across campus. This includes support for new construction projects and renovations, to ensure that all new learning spaces meet the base level of technology expected in each of our facilities. They also provide installation services for conference rooms, auditoriums, and digital signage applications.

The Classroom Support Team operates a dedicated helpdesk for Learning Space Technology issues. They support and maintain all classrooms,  auditoriums, conference rooms, and study rooms. Campus users can reach the helpdesk through a dedicated classroom intercom system for real-time support.

We Provide Immediate Support
When learning space issues occur, we offer real-time, live assistance using the 'Help' button with a target of a 10-minute resolution time for all support calls. This ensures that any technical issues are quickly addressed, minimizing disruption to teaching and learning activities.
