SPS Enrollment Team and Prospective Student Inquiries
UNC Charlotte’s School of Professional Studies has an Enrollment Team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all student inquiries. Our Enrollment Specialists specifically work with prospective students, from initial inquiry through the admissions process until the student is admitted to the university. This team works closely with our Program Management and Marketing teams to ensure communication is smooth, streamlined and accurate.
Each program website has a “Request for Information” button, which prompts a prospective student to share their name, email address, and optional phone number. This information goes directly to our Enrollment Team, who engage with these inquiries on a consistent basis. If the Enrollment Team is unable to answer a question, they will encourage the student to reach out to the Program Director/ Graduate Program Director at that time.
