The Program Success Team consists of three teams: Enrollment & Student Services, Marketing Communications, and Program Management.
Enrollment & Student Services
The Enrollment team engages prospective students for both the online academic and professional credit programs and provides guidance and assistance with learning about and enrolling in these specific programs. The Program and Student Support Coordinator (PSSC) team works with academic departments to make sure their courses are listed correctly and provides assistance with customizing the courses to reflect the online format. The PSSC team also assists students with registration issues and consistently refines processes to increase retention.

Program Management
The Program Management (PM) team mission is to function as the central nerve center of SPS, driving strategic and operational collaboration between SPS teams and stakeholders to ensure a portfolio of healthy, high-performing programs, measured by enrollment growth and student success. The program portfolio managed by PM Team members includes open enrollment professional credit, online academic credit, and youth programs along with Summer Term.
