Join colleagues from across campus for the 3rd Charlotte Symposium for Online Learning on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM in Cone University Center.
This year’s theme, Strengthening Systems. Supporting Success., highlights the university’s growing focus on the lived experiences of online learners and the institutional practices and needs that can help them thrive.
The day will include a catered lunch featuring a student-centered plenary—Work. Life. Learn: Inside the Online Learner’s World—along with concurrent sessions and round tables on building campus policy and infrastructure, course strategies to engage asynchronous learners, academic integrity in an AI era, launching online programs, and understanding online learner profiles. The symposium will conclude with rapid-fire Lightning Talks showcasing practical strategies and innovations from colleagues across campus.
